"In the Zhetysu region, while patrolling Lake Alakol near the village of Akshy, rescuers of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Kazakhstan rescued two people who, while flying a hang glider, fell into the water along with the aircraft," reads the report.
The man and woman were handed over to ambulance workers.
