“The verdict of the Specialized Interdistrict Court for Criminal Cases of Astana dated May 13, 2024, decided with the participation of jurors in relation to Kuandyk Bishimbayev and Bakhytzhan Baizhanov, is left unchanged, the appeals of their lawyers and defenders have not been satisfied,” the appeal board of the Astana court declared.
