“ Baiterek JSC (Astana) announced that from June 24, 2024, it ceased holding a 49.0% stake in the authorized capital of Qarqyn Group LLP,” the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange said in a statement.
In November 2023, Baiterek bought a 49% stake in Aventurine and Qarqyn Group. The first company is engaged in the cultivation of grains and legumes, including seed production, and the Qarqyn Group, based in the Kostanay region, is working on the rental and operation of rental properties.
Qarqyn Group is a young company. According to open data, it is about a year old and there is no information on tax payments.
