Air ambulance fleet is going to be updated in Kazakhstan

Astana. February 10. KazTAG – The air ambulance fleet is going to be updated in Kazakhstan, Health Minister Akmaral Alnazarova reported on her Instagram page.
“We are starting the process of replacing old air ambulance aircraft with new, more modern and efficient ones,” Alnazarova said.
According to the minister, this will ensure flight safety for patients and medical personnel, as well as more comfortable conditions for providing medical care on board.
The modern aircraft is designed to perform interregional non-stop flights throughout the country and international flights to transport patients - citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan from foreign clinics.
“Air ambulance is not just a technology, it is saving lives. It ensures prompt delivery of patients in emergency cases, helps in the transportation of blood components, organs for transplantation, and also supports medical care in the most remote corners of the country,” added Alnazarova.
According to data, doctors working as part of the air ambulance teams made over 2 thousand flights last year.
