About 9000 people working in hazardous conditions after 55 years received T2 billion in special payments

Almaty. November 15. KazTAG – 8.7 thousand people working in harmful conditions after the age of 55 received T2 billion in special social payments in Kazakhstan, said the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market of Kazakhstan.
“Over the first 9 months of this year, more than 8.7 thousand workers (employed in harmful conditions and who have reached the age of 55 – KazTAG) were paid about T2 billion in special social payments from insurance organizations,” reads the report.
One of the sources of such payments is insurance companies; the money is paid through compulsory accident insurance of the employee.
Reserves of T19.7 billion have also been formed for future payments.
