"Rubbish had not been taken out from hospital located in Makatayev str., 10 for a few days. It is a provisionary center with pneumonia patients. Unfortunately, we have no access to hospital anymore," wrote Aida Bukayeva, volunteer.
Later she showed clear rubbish containers.
"Said and done! The minister responses immediately," she wrote.
