Repair of the Atyrau refinery postponed until 2022

Astana. October 18. KazTAG - The repair of the Atyrau refinery has been postponed until 2022, said the Ministry of Energy of Kazakhstan.
“In connection with the current situation on the oil products market, it was decided to postpone the repair of the Atyrau refinery for the next year,” said the report.

The Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, has switched to manual control mode.
According to the Ministry of Energy, about 5.5 thousand tons of diesel fuel are produced at the Shymkent plant, and about 4.4 thousand tons at the Atyrau plant. Two plants produced 133 thousand tons of diesel fuel within 14 days in October.
