"Allow from October 20, 2021: visiting patients of medical and social facilities (nursing homes, disabled people, children's homes and others) when the visitors provide a document confirming full vaccination against COVID-19 or a document with a negative laboratory test for COVID-19 by the method PCR from the date of issuance of the result of which has passed no more than three days, ”said Alexey Tsoi, Minister of Health.
From October 20, nightclubs will be allowed to operate only for persons with a "green" status, subject to occupancy rates of up to 50%, but:
- no more than 100 people in regions located in the "green zone";
- no more than 70 people in regions located in the “yellow zone”;
- no more than 50 people in regions that are "in the red zone".
“Extend the working hours of business facilities participating in the Ashyq project: in the “green” zone to 3.00, leaders of the Ashyq project - to 5.00; in the "yellow" zone up to 1.00, leaders of the Ashyq project - until 3.00 ", he said.
