"The officers of the department of the National Bureau for Corruption Combat in the Almaty region conducted operative-search arrangements for detention of three policemen in Panfilov district, Almaty region, on the fact of getting 700 000 tenge bribe. In the time of detention, the policemen resisted, made several shots in the air and escaped," said a source close to investigation.
According to the interlocutor, the policemen returned their weapons and ammunitions to the alert center through their colleagues.
