Astana. April 6. KazTAG - People whose monthly salary was more than 500 000 tenge per month before the state of emergency will not get 42500 tenge social aid, said Birzhan Nurymbetov, Minister of Labour and Social Protection.
"When we received applications for 42500 tenge aid, we saw that 2000 people had about 500 0000 tenge salary in February-March. I.e. these people thought that they had spent all the money by March 17. It is wrong from the moral point of view. Sorry, but the authors of those 2000 applications will not get the benefit in April," he said at the press-briefing.
He said the benefit will be addressed only to people in need.
