"Within the frameworks of the visit of Kazakhstan's leader to Washington in January 2018 Kazakhstan and US signed an agreement on collection of duties for air navigation services of the state aircrafts," said Zhenis Kasymbek, minister of investments and development of Kazakhstan.
The bill is supposed to enhance cooperation between Kazakhstan and US.
"With the agreement the parties will mutually relieve the state aircrafts with Governmental delegations aboard from collection of air navigation fares. The agreement is liable to ratification. For the agreement performance appropriate diplomatic permits will be issued for each flight," he said.
