Nursultan Nazarbayev was seen at New York University Abu Dhabi, one of the students from Kazakhstan reported this.
The guys decided to take a group photo with Nazarbayev. The last time Nazarbayev was seen was on November 18, 2023 in Astana at the funeral of his brother Bolat Nazarbayev and in December at a meeting of the Astana Club discussion platform.
