"We will discuss it now. There are different options. There are suspensive options, which say, one side until 2029, the other until 2027. I believe that during the discussion we need to calculate how much time is needed for preparation. We will discuss this with the deputies, with all the experts. And a decision will be made by what year licensing will begin, how much time is needed for everyone to catch up," Beisembayev said on the sidelines of the Majilis.
The minister added that the number of private kindergartens in the country has already caught up with state preschool education organizations and therefore the decision to introduce mandatory licensing should be made "carefully."
