The index covers 136 states. The US, Russia and China are the leaders on the list. Then follow India, France, Great Britain, South Korea, Japan, Turkey, Germany and Italy. Iran is ranked 13th, North Korea- 18th.
The armed forces of Ukraine climbed from 30th to 29th place in the ranking, Uzbekistan to 39th from 48th, Belarus to 41st from 50th, Azerbaijan- to 53th from 59th, Afghanistan lost its position from 68th to 71st, Turkmenistan- 80th, Armenia- 84th, 11 steps up, Kyrgyzstan 91st instead of 109th last year, Tajikistan- 96th from 112th.
Surinam, Liberia and Butane are last on the list.
