On April 22, after a break, Russian journalist Ksenia Sobchak arrived at the trial of Kuandyk Bishimbayev.
The whole world is watching the trial, foreign media are asking for permission to rebroadcast the court hearing, and in Europe people are holding rallies in support of the Nukenova family.
Sobchak took a place in the court’s room next to the relatives of the deceased Nukenova, right behind the family’s lawyers. At the same time, Kazakh media can enter the hall only for 1.5 hours and remain at the very end without the opportunity to sit down.
It is not yet known in what capacity Sobchak is present in court.
