"By the order of the head of state Aydapkelov Nurbolat has been appointed a head of the bureau of national statistics of the agency for strategic planning and reforms of Kazakhstan," reads the statement.
Since May 2016, Aydapkelov has been heading the Committee on Statistics of the Ministry of National Economy, before that, from January 2015 to May 2016, he held executive positions in commercial structures, and even earlier - in 2013-2014, he was a director of the Department of Social and Demographic Statistics of the Agency for Statistics.
