"Yesterday at 17.25 of local time there was a blast at the scrap metal collection point. We have revealed that four people got into a GAZel vehicle. They were collecting metal, they were not registered anywhere, shade workers, then they went to collect metal in the field. They collected six sacks and came to the first collection point, which was not registered either. In the time of passing the metal the blast hit, the collector and the person giving the metal have died. Experts are working, but we cannot confirm a grenade or a shell, there is no crater on the scene," he said to the journalists.
According to the Minister three people have been injured.
"They got medical aid, one has been discharged, two have been hospitalized," he added.
