From May 2018 Iskaliyev worked as a chairman of sub-committee of transport logistics of the National business chamber, in 2016-2018 he headed the direction Transport and Logistics of Samruk-Kazyna national wealth fund, in 2015-2016 he worked as first vice-president of the Union of Transport-Logistics Company.
