“Prices in Kazakhstan for socially important products within a week as of March 11, 2025, increased by 0.2%, and since the beginning of 2025 – by 3.4%,” reports the statistics agency.
The average prices for potatoes in Kazakhstan increased the most over the week as of March 11 – by 1% to T227/kg. In second place in terms of average price growth is cabbage – by 0.8% to T185/kg, in third place is 2.5% kefir – by 0.7% to T450/l, in fourth place is beef, sugar and salt – by 0.6% to T2816/kg, T401/kg and T77/kg respectively, in fifth place is 2.5% pasteurized milk by 0.4% to T415/l.
