Coronavirus tests and medical means delivered from China as humanitarian aid in Almaty

Almaty. April 2. KazTAG - Coronavirus tests and medical means have been delivered from China as humanitarian aid in Almaty, reports the Foreign Ministry of Kazakhstan.
"Following the recent telephone conversation between President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and Chairman of China Xi Jinping the parties have reached an agreement on provision of humanitarian aid by China to Kazakhstan. This morning, the first batch of humanitarian aid arrived at Almaty Airport, which includes thermal imagers, a set of tests, disposable medical shoe covers, gloves, goggles and medical clothing," said the report.
In the near future more deliveries of medical protective equipment are expected from China.
“The cargo at the Almaty airport was met by representatives of Pharmacy Corporation, the representative office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan in Almaty, and the Consulate General of China,” said the report.
