They can be potential suppliers of financing,” Kasenov said at a government briefing.
The vice minister noted that, in general, energy projects are extremely attractive and low-risk for development institutions.
“Because it is clear what volume of products will be sold, the mechanism for setting tariffs is clear for several years in advance. Therefore, it is considered that projects in the electric power industry and housing and communal services are low-risk all over the world. There is no doubt that financing will be found and will be on attractive terms,” the representative of the Ministry of Economy added.
