"N. Yertayeva is suspected of a criminal offence under p.2 part.4 art.190. Taking in account that N. Yertayeva is outside Kazakhstan, the court said the claim of head of investigation-operational group must be satisfied. Sanction arrest in custody in absentia of N. Yertayeva for 2 months," said Anina Baidauletova judge of Medeu district court.
According to the investigation, N. Yertayeva since 2015 being a member of board of Bank RBK having influence on decision making in the bank embezzled $7 mln tenge.
