“Askhat, what do they want?” Tashimova asked the journalist in the video.
“They say I was causing a row in the akimat,” Niyazov explained.
“When you were causing a row, what did they say?” the activist clarified.
“Yesterday, when I was guarding Dosayev,” Niyazov said.
In the footage, in addition to Niyazov, the police are leading another person by hands, who is holding an object in his hand that looks like a photo-video camera.
The police are putting Niyazov in a police car and driving away in an unknown direction.
The KazTAG editorial has already contacted the press service of the Almaty police department for comments.
