“During the riots in the regional center, the police detained hooligans who used violence against the military and police officers and took possession of protective equipment. One of them is a resident of the city, born in 1997, who was previously held liable for the purchase of psychotropic drugs," reports the press service of the Atyrau region.
During a search in his house, 3 bulletproof vests were seized.
“Firearms were confiscated. An investigation is underway now. Other information is not subject to publication in accordance with Article 201 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Republic of Kazakhstan,” said the police.
