"Cyclone with atmospheric fronts is going to Kazakhstan from south regions of European part of Russia. It will cause snowfall as it is moving from the west to the east, and rain, wet snow, fog, ice slick and rise in temperature in the south," reads the forecast.
Meteorologists forecast air temperature to rise to +3+14 in the south and south-east, to -13-14 in the northern and eastern regions, which is +2+4 above the climate norms.
