“The law enforcement officers seized disposable electronic cigarettes worth T2 million. The police opened a criminal case regarding the sale and distribution of electronic consumption systems (vapes), flavors and liquids for them,” said , Ruslan Smagulov ,head of the regional criminal police department.
During the “Stop Fraud” operation, employees of the Cyberpol division identified a WhatsApp channel through which electronic cigarettes were sold.
It is indicated that a man who violates the law faces a fine of up to 200 monthly calculation indices, or correctional labor in the same amount, or arrest for up to 50 days.
