“The network of seismic stations the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Kazakhstan registered an earthquake on April 12 at 13.13 Almaty time. (...) Information on perceptibility (on the MSK-64 scale): Almaty 2 points,” the message said on Friday.
The epicenter of the earthquake was located 273 km southeast of Almaty in China - it was an aftershock.
