“We are firmly committed, first of all, to the WTO rules, and also follow all the rules that have been adopted in the international market. As for the so-called export of dual-use goods to Russia, this is absolutely not true,” the President said.
He also noted that Kazakhstan maintains trade relations with Russia.
“The volume of bilateral trade last year amounted to $28 billion. This fully complies with current international standards,” he summed up.
