“Appoint Murat Nurtleuov as a deputy head of the presidential administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan, relieve him of the post of assistant to the president of the Republic of Kazakhstan,” reads the decree .
Nurtleuov has been Tokayev's assistant since March 2019, before that from March 2016 he worked as ambassador of Kazakhstan to Finland, and in February 2017 he was an ambassador to Estonia concurrently.
