“Due to the ongoing work on laying the top layer of asphalt, traffic on one of the sides will be blocked on the Tauelsizdik Bridge,” said the message.
The Department of Transport and Development of Road Transport Infrastructure of the city of Astana recalled that in October 2023, in order to relieve traffic on the roads, passage on the Tauelsizdik bridge over the Yesil River was provided on the lower layer of the road surface. It is reported that the improvement of the bridge continues today.
Thus, from June 21 to June 30, 2024, it is planned to carry out work on laying the top layer of asphalt concrete pavement. Traffic will be provided on one side of the bridge in both directions.
Residents and guests of the capital are asked to plan their routes in advance in order to avoid congestion.
