Tariffs will increase for Kazakhstan-China Pipeline for pumping oil into Kazakhstan

Astana. December 5. KazTAG – Tariffs for the Kazakhstan-China Pipeline for pumping oil to the domestic market of Kazakhstan will be increased for the most part in 2025-2029, reports KazTransOil JSC.
"The tariffs of Kazakhstan-China Pipeline LLP for pumping oil to the domestic market of Kazakhstan via the Kenkiyak-Kumkol oil pipeline for 2025-2029 have been approved. In 2025, the tariff will be T3 338.49/ton per 1000 km (excluding VAT), in 2026 - T3 690.48, in 2027 - T3 693.05, in 2028 - T4 202.89, in 2029 - T3 769.47/ton," reads the report.
The tariff will increase by 10.5% in 2026, by 0.1% in 2027, by 13.8% in 2028 and decrease by 10.3% in 2029. The Kenkiyak-Kumkol oil pipeline supplies oil to the Pavlodar Petrochemical Plant, the Shymkent Oil Refinery, and the Amangeldy Gas Processing Plant.
Participants of the Kazakhstan-China Pipeline LLP: KazTransOil JSC - 50% and China National Oil and Gas Exploration and Development Corporation - 50%.
