"Semi-burnt body of a woman was discovered on November 13, 2 km away from Dubovka village. According to preliminary investigation it was 42 years old woman who lived in Abay district. Criminal case under part 1 Art.99 (murder) was initiated," said the message.
Police detained 21 years old suspect who admitted causing bodily injuries to the victim in the time of a quarrel. In order to hide the crime he took the body to a distant place and set it on fire.
