Some victims did not understand Kazakh and Russian languages - Ministry of Health of Kazakhstan

Astana. January 17. KazTAG – Some victim of the protests did not understand the Kazakh and Russian languages, reports the Ministry of Health of Kazakhstan.
“There were cases when the victims did not understand and did not answer the questions of doctors in the state and Russian languages, after receiving medical aid, they left medical organizations without permission, even left intensive care units accompanied by unknown armed persons,” said Asel Artakshinova, director of the department of public relations of the Ministry of Health.
2,677 people needed medical help after the state of emergency was imposed in Kazakhstan, about 60 were in intensive care.
Out of 225 dead people, 175 died in hospitals.
