"Lending to small businesses in June 2021 decreased by 3.6%, to T2.7 trillion, or 17.3% of the total volume of loans to the economy," reads the report.
The largest share of bank loans falls on industry - 30.1%, trade - 21.4%, construction - 7.1% and transport -6%.
