Points on the level of self-isolation of citizens in Almaty are based on the data of Sergek system by analogy with the analysis of traffic jams. Since March 11, 2020, the number of vehicles on the roads of Almaty has decreased by 80%, ” reports the press release distributed by the Regional Communications Service of Almaty.
The level of self-isolation is an integrated indicator based on the data of the Sergek system and Yandex services. The adopted stabilized rating of "5" means that there are no cars in the city at all, while "0" means traffic congestion. During quarantine, the maximum achievable score in Almaty may be “4.8”, given the traffic of urban services, police, ambulance, delivery service, and etc.
