Saudi Arabia delivers $100 mln to US to stabilize areas in Syria

Almaty. October 18. KazTAG - Saudi Arabia has delivered $100 mln to the US to support the efforts of Washington in the north-east of Syria, reports TASS.
That money landed in American accounts on Tuesday, the same day that Secretary of State Mike Pompeo landed in the Saudi capital, Riyadh, for discussions with the kingdom’s leaders about the fate of a missing Saudi dissident.
Now the US controls a part of territory in the north of Syria, on the eastern bank of Euphrates, where they support the armed coalition "Forces of democratic Syria" which mainly consist of the kurds.
