“Despite the preventive work, business entities continue not to comply with the rules, mass events are held, the work schedule of establishments is disrupted. At the same time, the number of coronavirus cases in the city is increasing. This means that we are moving away from the green zone. But entrepreneurs, for their part, must comply with the requirements. Some shopping centers do not follow the mask regime and do not check the temperature.
