Russia to impose import duties on US goods

Almaty.  June 20. KazTAG - Russia will impose additional import duties on the American goods in response to the duties imposed on aluminum and steel, said Maxim Oreshkin, Minister of Economic Development of Russia.
"As the US keeps on imposing additional duties on steel and aluminium and refused to provide compensation to the loss of Russia, Russia will use its WTO right and impose balancing measures in respect of import from the US," said M. Oreshkin.
He said the duties will be imposed in the near future for the goods which have analogues on the Russian market.
