Reserve funds of Government may be used for revision of Turkestan budget

Astana. June 21. KazTAG - The reserve funds of the Government may be used for revision of Turkestan budget, said Bakhyt Sultanov, Minister of Finance of Kazakhstan.
"We have all the resources in the reserve of the Government, a part of them will be revised in the local budget. I cannot name the sum. Now we are working with the local and central executive bodies. If we urgently need sources, we will use the reserve of the Government," said B. Sultanov at the briefing.
He added the budget is traditionally specified in September-October, before this time reserve of the Government may be used.
"Undoubtedly, such changes never go automatically or on the narrow list of factors. We consider the questions of socio-economic development giving an additional impact for development of the region, this work has certain examples when we optimized a number of regions. The brightest example is relocation of the capital in Astana. The aspects of economic development of the region, renaming of regions, division of districts have been taken into account and additional measures will be taken by the Government in the future," he said answering the question about the budget of the new regional center.
