Quarantine was decided due to an outbreak of brucellosis in the Kostanay region

Kostanay. January 17. KazTAG – Quarantine has been imposed due to outbreak of brucellosis in the Kostanay region.
It is recommended to carry out the necessary veterinary and sanitary measures on site to achieve veterinary and sanitary well-being in the identified epizootic outbreak.
The decision, registered by the reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of Kazakhstan on January 14, comes into effect after 10 calendar days from the date of its first official publication.
Brucellosis is a zoonotic infection transmitted from animals to humans through contact with infected animals.
