Political activist Maksat Aisautov arrested for five days before congress of Democratic Party

Uralsk. February 17. KazTAG - The political activist Maksat Aisautov has been arrested for five days in the East Kazakhstan region before the congress of created Democratic Party in Kazakhstan, said Askar Shaigumarov, attorney for human rights.
"Maksat Aisautov has been arrested for five days because he did not pay the fines. Maksat Aisautov was one of the delegates from Uralsk at the congress of the democratic party of Kazakhstan," wrote Shaigumarov in Facebook.
"The article prescribes a fine or an administrative arrest for up to five days. Maksat has been arrested for five days- maximum penalty," he said.
