"The tender for transferring the shareholding of the Park of nuclear technologies into 3 years trust management with a right of subsequent redemption has been announced. The tender has been scheduled for November 2 2018," reads the message.
The state shareholding includes 1.754 mln shares, which make 100% of the total shareholdings. The initial price- 6.827 bn tenge. The size of security deposit- 1.024 bn tenge.
“The winner must maintain the profile of the facility’s activities in the field of nuclear and radiation technologies for the period of trust management, and also not to allow any decrease in the total volume of rendered services," reads the statement.
The winner also must “keep the economic indicators of profitability at the level of at least 131.5 million tenge per year; to ensure maintenance of immovable property and basic equipment that are part of the property complex of the object for the period of trust management ”.
