“Under the agreement with the administration of the President of Kazakhstan and deputies of the city maslikhat, the akim of the Yesil district was appointed on the principle of meritocracy. The new akim is Darmenyar Kydyrbekuly, who worked as deputy akim of the Yesil district for more than 4 years,” reads the message.
Akim of Astana Zhenis Kasymbek instructed the new akim to develop the region and residential areas.
From November 19, 2019, Darmenyar Kydyrbekuly was deputy akim of the Yesil district of Astana.
