"If you look at our tools, like other similar operators, we have early tenders, local tenders, trial orders, contracts in exchange for investments and others. In 2024, we were able to sign 23 contracts with local companies for more than $160 million," Ruyu said, speaking at a meeting of the Majilis Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Ecology and Nature Management on the development of domestic value and support for domestic producers.
According to him, contracts in exchange for investments come first in the NCOC methodology.
"Here we are working on two contracts that will be implemented in the near future," Ruyu added.
As a result of the tenders, according to him, contracts worth $180 million were signed. These contracts are calculated for several years. They are for different equipment, goods, and services.
Contracts are also concluded for specific equipment and materials. Here, there are different product positions, and in 2024, contracts in this area amounted to 4.4 million, Ruyu noted.
