“The Nauryzbay district prosecutor's office has identified more than 400 taxi companies across the country, where 4,237 foreigners illegally worked without permission from local executive bodies,” said the report.
“In order to protect the rights and interests of the parties to labor relations, the legislator has provided for the liability of the employer and foreigners who violated migration legislation” and “at present, the migration service committee is considering the prosecutor’s office’s supervisory act, which raises the issue of taking appropriate measures both with respect to taxi companies and foreigners who carried out illegal activities in the country,” reads the report.
