“On September 27, in the first half of the day, a massive incident was recorded, as a result of which the fixed Internet in Astana stopped working. A team of specialists is already working to fix it,” Beeline reported.
The company also added that the causes of the outage are being investigated and that they are monitoring it around the clock.
