Lukashenko calls to objective consideration of problems in EEU

Almaty. April 25. KazTAG - President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko calls to objective consideration of the problems of the Eurasian Economic Union, reports BELTA.
"We need objective consideration of the EEU problems, we must take decisions and perform them. We must move forward, or pretend the progress. It is unaffordable!," he said in the message to Belarus people and National assembly.
He said the parties have been aspiring to create equal conditions for economic subjects, elimination of exemptions, barriers and limits in mutual trade, technical regulations, sanitary and veterinary measures.
"Despite the efforts and some progresses, in general we hardly achieved this," he said.
"Important issues for full-fledged development are settled in a slow pace and often ineffectively. The work is frustrated by the position of our partners in the economic union. While deepening of integration and elimination of barriers are declared on the high level, practically the approach is different: instead of cancellation of unilateral restrictive measures- they are actively applied," he said.
