“For the sixth day now, people in Ekibastuz have been sitting in the bitter cold without heat and hot water. If you have heaters, wind blower and so on, you can send it to me. Let's get organized quickly and support the Kazakh brothers,” Dinara Oshurakhunova said on her page on the social network.
Due to an accident on heating networks, the frozen residents of Ekibastuz are making fires in the streets.
