"In accordance with subparagraph 2) of paragraph 4 of Article 58 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, convene a joint session of the chambers of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan on September 2, 2024 at 11:00 in Astana," reads the text of the order.
The Chairman of the Majilis, Erlan Koshanov, signed the order on the convocation.
President Tokayev may deliver a message to the people of Kazakhstan.
