"Anatoliy Kulich has been adjudged guilty of criminal offence under art.273 (intentionally false report about terrorism). Sentence him 1.6 years in a medium security jail,' reads the ruling of Temirtau city court.
A. Kulich called 102 in Temirtau reporting about a bomb planted in one of Kazkommertsbank's branches. He said he would activate the bomb when there would be many people.
He said he made the call as he had credits and debts in the bank which he wanted to postpone for several days.
